144. The Discreet Spring Sales Happening Right Now
Plus Showing You How to Style New Arrivals
This is EVERY BODY GETS DRESSED’s weekly edit of the only newness, sales, and restocks worth your attention.
Last year, I published a newsletter titled ‘How To Make The Best Of Your Shopping Budget This Year.’ If you read it, you know now is a good time to shop for spring/summer pieces, as retailers and brands are launching discreet sales. While discounts aren’t deep, they include in-season pieces that dropped in the last few weeks and are still in stock for the most part. These aren’t end-of-season sales on things nobody wanted.
Find the SSENSE sale here. It’s only 15% off, but the selection is strong. You will need code SS2026 at checkout. The highlights:
Every cotton basic from Flore Flore. My favorite is the Timmi tank.
Baserange’s loungewear and basics, including Omato tees in warm neutrals.
Excellent pieces by Cordera, including sarouel pants in black and ivory, low-rise baggy corduroy trousers in navy and taupe, satin A-line skirts, tailored bermuda shorts, shirting, and merino knitwear.
Loulou de Saison deep scoopneck cashmere sweater; Studio Nicholson structured black jeans, Róhe’s inside-out tailored skirt, and Fane’s bra bag, the fashion set’s favorite minimalist shoulder bag.
1. Silk top, Tory Burch; 2. Serum foundation, m.ph by Mary Phillips; 3. Lip liner (shade Greige), MAC; 4. Suede jacket, Arma; 5. Silk pants, Aflalo; 6. Silk bra, Intimissimi; 7. Shoulder bag, Fane; 8. Silver cuff, Rebecca Mapes; 9. Pumps, Jude; 10. Moissanite earrings, Dorsey.
Find the Net-a-Porter sale here. 20% off, automatically applied at checkout. The highlights include:
Some of the most-worn pieces in my wardrobe: my everyday belt (a no-nonsense design and quality far superior to Déhanche; I have the black and the brown), my everyday cashmere sweater (I have three colors), my most-worn bag (this is the exact one I have. A larger burgundy color and several of their clutches are included in the sale).
SKIMS ultra-comfortable pajamas, Emme Parsons Bari sandals,
A.Emery’s best styles, including the Kinto sandals, which we reviewed here (TLDR: it’s 10/10), the Jalen slim sandals, the Harnick suede bowling tote, and the Halloran croc-effect leather clutch.
Too many good pieces to choose from by Deiji Studios (precisely cut cotton pieces, great casual pants), Lisa Yang (excellent cashmere), Another Tomorrow (outstanding tailoring, very good for the office), and DÔEN.
1.Short-sleeved tee, COS; 2. Long-sleeved tee, COS; 3. Bag, Hunting Season; 4. Cream bronzer (I wear shade light medium), Makeup by Mario; 5. Balloon pants, Apiece Apart; 6. Agate necklace, Laoli; 7. Suede pumps, Margaux; 8. Twill jacket, Tibi; 9. Lip crayon, KJH.Brand.
Other sales worth knowing about:
Frame started its annual 25% off Friends & Family sale, which includes best-selling jeans.
&Daughter is offering 20% off their new Spring collection. Enter code SPRING20 at checkout. Use it on the best-selling Caragh Chunky crew, the new Fionn XL cashmere foulard (I love it in the muted yellow tone), or any of their new pastel arrivals.
Now onto some new things. Donni is one of the most popular spring-summer brands with the readers of this newsletter. You love their regular but small drops during the warmer months. Their first Spring drop is here with the taffeta drawstring cargo pants in new shades of pistachio, bell pepper gingham, and crème (delectable; will sell out), plus new cigarette pants, and a light jacket in the same 100% silk taffeta fabric, and of course, cotton jersey, and knit sets.
LESET launched the March collection. Most notably, it includes a new silk jacquard print that aligns monochromatically with new shades of pastel yellow, seafoam, and soft eucalyptus green; colors you’ll find on their best-sellers like the pointelle tee, Kyoto windbreaker, and Barb satin cardigan. If you’re still looking for ivory capri pants to replicate that The Row Spring 2026 look, the new Rio capris seem like a strong candidate.
If LESET or Donni’s prices feel too steep for cotton basics, Aritzia released t-shirts in brand-new fabrics: Key cotton, a soft and lightweight jersey, and Wisp cotton, an ultra-lightweight and airy jersey, both made with 100% Pima cotton. The new Spring collection features two balloon-shaped pants, one in viscose chiffon priced under $140 and one in cotton poplin priced under $90, the Artisan pants with their cute waist ties on either side are revisited in linen (stick to the crease-proof crepette version if you’re travelling or want it to look more elevated). There’s another strong candidate for The Row’s capri look-alike and this very wearable skirt I keep checking out.
1.Silk tank, Tory Burch; 2. Sunglasses, Jimmy Fairly; 3. Pocket blush (shade tan line), Rhode; 4. Scarf jacket, TOTEME; 5. Pants, Aritzia; 6. Quartz necklace, Laoli; 7. Croc clutch, TOTEME; 8. Earrings, Heaven Mayhem; 9. Satin flats, Margaux.
Dorsey restocked their Maxwell earrings in sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil.
If you have any sold-out La Ligne pieces wishlisted: they just had a big restock that includes the Ben sweater, Breton striped tees, and Colby pants.
Coucou Intimates released The Raglan, a sporty version of the Rina long-sleeved tee (I can never report on their restocks as they sell out within a day! Only the black is currently available). This cotton tee stands out from other favorites from LESET, Flore Flore, Donni, etc. for its 1960s shape: bell sleeves, a dipped front, and a delicate picot trim.
The maximalist Swedish Stockings bright yellow Roxana tiger tights designed in collaboration with Leandra Medine Cohen are back in stock. They’re an (unofficial) replica of this iconic Chloe Sevigny look.
Jamie Haller introduces two new Japanese twill pants for Spring. They are garment-dyed to make the colors look softly sun-faded. Here’s how she describes the shape and fit of each one (if only every brand were this diligent on guiding us through sizing!):
The Karate pant: A rounded leg shape with a relaxed fit. “Fit notes: They fit loose. We tried this pant on everyone in our office. Everyone who’s a size 10-14 preferred their true size. Everyone who’s a size 00-8 preferred one size down. Order true to size for a relaxed fit that sits about 1” below the belly button on the high hip. Size down 1 size for a more fitted through-the-hips fit that sits at the natural waist.”
The Hammer Loop pant: “Slightly slim but not too slim fit. Slightly slouchy but not too slouchy. Runs true to size.”
If you like bright colors, read this newsletter I published two Sundays ago about styling brights for Spring. If you like bright colors and preppy pieces, check out Guest In Residence's latest drop. I like the Pele polo and would style it with a low-rise pleated midi skirt. They also have a new Wild Rag in scarlet red and cream.
1. Blush duo (shade She’s That Girl), Patrick Ta; 2. Mohair blend shirt, COS; 3. Moissanite earrings, Dorsey; 4. Trench coat, Calvin Klein Collection; 5. Agate necklace, Don’t Let Disco; 6. Embellished skirt, Tory Burch; 7. Kitten heels, Emme Parsons; 8. Suede tote, A.Emery.
The next selection of TOTEME spring/summer 26 is in, and my recent trip to their shop on Mount Street inspired last Sunday’s newsletter. There, I made my first three purchases of 2026: low-rise trousers with a raw-edge waistband, a skirt with a gauze underlayer, both cut from heavy satin, and a mohair tank with frayed hems. All black, simple cuts, with the interest coming from the fabric and texture. On the way back from my shopping trip, I made a mental note of how these pieces made me feel, something I keep encouraging my readers to do. I chose them because they didn’t feel like clothes I was putting on so much as clothes that let me see myself more clearly. I already know the pants were a 10/10 purchase. It also feels serendipitous when you’re 5’0 and an item designed to be cropped hits at the perfect (full) length. There is a long version of it if you’re tall and don’t want it cropped. The top that matches the skirt I got has an oversized shape and a high neckline that looked severe on me, but if you love structured androgynous silhouettes, it is one of the highlights in the collection. The same goes for the parachute skirt and crinkled gauze pieces.
