I was hanging in every word of that series by Talya Mayden! Not into the style of the Camper sandals that she ended up with but my take was to try a different Camper style. Seriously contemplating purchasing their Casi Myra mary-jane as a cute walking shoe that’s not a sneaker!

In the draft of your 7 outfit feature I listed these as an alternative to your Prada Sport MJs: https://www.camper.com/en_US/women/shoes/right/camper-right-K201643-002 haha. Tbh, it's not the first time I have myself gravitating towards a Camper shoe in the last year. They're definitely stepping it up design-wise and if the comfort is there... win win.

I’m a convert to Saltwater Sandals! Not the best for 25k step days but perfectly fine for 10k step days and amazing for travel since they pack so small and can get away with being vaguely formal. I’ve finally admitted that I don’t get on with Birkenstocks and for running around town in this hot weather I’m reaching for a pair of classic Tevas

Hi Lily! I just had a look at Salt Water and I turned to my friend co-working right next to me who's always looking for wide-fit sandals and can never find good ones. Thank you for the recommendation! I'd never heard of them. I'm with you on Birkenstocks - they're such a distinct style, and I love them on other people but they're definitely not for me. Xx

Those sandals remind me of a pair from “Transit” (Canadian shoe brand that targeted teenagers and was in all the malls) I had in high school but with a buckle on the top. Wore those everywhere. Not sure if it was the sandals that were comfortable or that my seventeen-year old feet didn’t need comfort.

Hey Jen! It's funny you mention this because I thought this while putting together the edit - that a lot of these feel very nostalgic to me. Camper is super nostalgic to me as I used to wear them in high school and they're definitely making more of an effort design-wise lately. And yeah for sure, I don't think my 17 y.o. feet were as capricious as my 36 y.o ones, hahaha. Thank you for reading! Xx
