Today’s send revisits pieces featured in the weekly shopping column over the past month and builds complete outfits around them.
Perhaps you’ve shopped some of these pieces. Perhaps you have something similar in your wardrobe. Either way, I wanted to show you how the weekly finds relate to one another. They may appear in your inbox one link at a time, but each recommendation sits within a larger wardrobe logic. Whether it’s DONNI pants or LESET tees for your everyday “B-side”™ wardrobe, or desk-to-dinner tailoring from RÓHE or KALLMEYER, I’m always thinking about how each piece will work with what came before it. This additional visual-only, biweekly send makes those connections visible.
I know that not everyone has time to read the Thursday send from top to bottom every week. This is also a way to catch up on the strongest pieces from the shopping beat. Every Body Gets Dressed is built to help you spend less time in your Promotions tab without missing a restock, launch, or piece worth knowing about. I follow it all closely on your behalf.
These pieces have been collected over the course of a month, then styled with proportion, color, and texture in mind. I hope you’ll find inspiration for getting dressed in the coming weeks, all in a few minutes.

Over the weekend, I packed away my summer clothes and set up my fall wardrobe. I’m experimenting with putting pieces that I always layer together on the same hanger. My yellow Uniqlo tee now lives under my navy &Daughter V-neck, because that is how I always wear both. I’ve done the same with a few other combinations, so the styling is already done before I even get dressed.

A week of getting dressed for work in New York exposed the gaps in my wardrobe. I’ve spent a fair amount of my shopping budget over the past few years building out my “B-side” wardrobe, the clothes I wear 90% of the time. I'm very happy with it. But that week, I wished for more sharpness and character, pieces that felt more expressive than my trusted LESET tops and Donni pants. I’ve wishlisted a few tailoring pieces I tried on in New York from Kallmeyer, Aflalo, and Róhe, and I’m working them into my shopping budget between now and the end of the year.

As I was styling this outfit, it felt a little too prim between the pink cardigan and the floral jacquard. If that’s where you land with an outfit and it’s not how you like things to look, introduce more structured accessories. Kallmeyer’s new Magazine bag was perfect here, but any square or rectangular top-handle bag does the trick. For the shoes, these Khaite pumps were a no-brainer for adding a sexier edge to the look. To show off the Dorsey earrings, wear your hair tucked behind your ears or inside the collar of your jacket.

Thank you so much for reading and supporting Every Body Gets Dressed.
